This Acceptable Use Policy applies to CloudPort, operated by Apeonwheels Inc.
Core Rule
Use CloudPort only for lawful, authorized, and responsible purposes. Do not use the service to harm others, evade legal obligations, interfere with networks, violate third-party rights, or abuse shared infrastructure.
Prohibited Activities
- Illegal activity under applicable law.
- Unauthorized access, credential theft, account takeover, scanning without authorization, exploit attempts, or bypassing access controls.
- Malware, botnets, command-and-control, phishing, spam, deceptive activity, or fraudulent traffic.
- Denial-of-service attacks, bandwidth abuse, stress testing, or traffic that degrades service for others.
- Child sexual abuse material, exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual intimate content, or related facilitation.
- Copyright infringement, piracy, unauthorized streaming redistribution, or violation of third-party platform rights.
- Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
- Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, refund abuse, trial abuse, or resale without written permission.
- Sanctions evasion, export-control violations, or use from prohibited jurisdictions.
- Operating public relays, open proxies, mass account automation, scraping, credential stuffing, or spam infrastructure.
Resource Limits
You must comply with traffic limits, device limits, rate limits, fair-use rules, and node-specific restrictions. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that harm service quality or create unusual cost, abuse, or legal risk.
Streaming and Region-Specific Services
CloudPort does not guarantee access to any specific streaming service, content catalog, region, or title. Users are responsible for complying with third-party terms, copyright rules, and applicable law.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, preserve records, suspend access, remove nodes, revoke subscription tokens, deny refunds, report abuse, or disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the service.
Reporting Abuse
Report abuse to abuse@apeonwheels.com with timestamps, account details if available, node labels, logs, and a concise description.
