Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to CloudPort YunGang, a network access, account management, subscription, support, and service status platform operated by Apeonwheels Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use the service if you are prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or platform rules.

Service Description

CloudPort provides account management, subscription management, service status, support, and network access tooling. The service may include access to nodes in different regions, traffic limits, device limits, diagnostics, and user support.

We do not guarantee access to any specific website, app, streaming library, country catalog, protocol, route, IP address, bandwidth, latency, or uptime. Streaming availability depends on third-party platforms, IP reputation, licensing, and rules that can change without notice.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, credentials, devices, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us about unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment rules, security requirements, or applicable law.

Plans, Billing, and Renewals

Plans may include price, billing period, traffic limit, device limit, support level, and access to specific node pools. Prices and features may change with notice where required.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or other third-party processors. Their terms and privacy notices apply to payment processing. We do not store full card numbers.

Subscriptions renew unless cancelled before renewal. If payment fails, access may be suspended, downgraded, or terminated.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. We may deny refunds for abuse, policy violations, chargeback fraud, excessive usage, or after a refund window expires.

User Responsibilities

You must comply with all applicable laws, platform terms, copyright rules, sanctions, export controls, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish, or distribute account credentials, subscription tokens, nodes, or access unless a written agreement expressly allows it.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, unauthorized access, malware, phishing, spam, harassment, child exploitation, rights infringement, denial-of-service attacks, credential theft, fraud, sanctions evasion, or activities that harm the service, users, Apeonwheels Inc., or third parties.

Service Changes

We may modify, replace, throttle, pause, or retire nodes, routes, protocols, plans, features, or integrations to maintain security, compliance, performance, and cost control.

Beta and Local Features

Some features may be prototypes, local-only, beta, or manually operated. Beta features may be changed or removed at any time and may not be suitable for production use.

Intellectual Property

Apeonwheels Inc. and its licensors retain ownership of the service, brand, software, documentation, designs, and related intellectual property. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to these Terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apeonwheels Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or third-party platform decisions.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apeonwheels Inc. from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, payment failure, security risk, legal risk, abuse, or discontinued service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and dispute procedures should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
