Request Requirements
Requests should identify the legal authority, requesting agency, officer contact details, account identifiers, date range, records sought, and any preservation request.
We may reject, narrow, or challenge requests that are informal, overbroad, inconsistent, legally deficient, or directed to the wrong entity.
User Notice
Where legally permitted, we may notify affected users before disclosing account information. We may delay or withhold notice if prohibited by law, court order, emergency circumstances, or risk of harm.
Available Records
Records may include account email, plan, order metadata, payment provider IDs, support tickets, device labels, usage totals, node labels, timestamps, security logs, and audit logs, depending on retention and configuration.
CloudPort is designed not to store full card numbers or ordinary browsing content. Production logging choices must match the Privacy Policy.
Emergencies
Emergency requests involving imminent risk of death or serious physical harm should clearly state the emergency and the information needed.
