Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 4, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to CloudPort subscriptions sold by Apeonwheels Inc.

General Refund Window

Unless a plan page says otherwise, first-time subscribers may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if usage is low and the account has not violated the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied when:

  • The account violated the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • The request is made after the refund window.
  • The account used substantial traffic, created unusual cost, or abused shared infrastructure.
  • The user shared, resold, published, or leaked account credentials or subscription tokens.
  • The issue is access to a specific third-party streaming catalog, region, title, app, or website that we did not expressly guarantee.
  • The payment is already subject to a chargeback, dispute, fraud review, or legal hold.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved case by case. Users should cancel before the renewal date if they do not want another billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Contact support@apeonwheels.com with your account email, order ID, reason, and relevant diagnostics. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment processor and bank.
