Subprocessor List

This list is a launch draft. Replace placeholders with exact vendors before public launch.

Current Local Build

Local SQLite database: account, order, node, ticket, and audit data stored on the local machine.
Stripe CLI: local webhook testing only when run by an administrator.

Stripe: payment processing, invoices, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, payment risk, and billing records.
Hosting provider: application hosting, compute, storage, backups, and network delivery.
DNS/CDN provider: DNS, TLS, CDN, DDoS protection, and edge routing.
Email provider: transactional email, account notices, support replies, and billing notifications.
Monitoring/logging provider: uptime, errors, performance, security logs, and incident response.
Support tool: tickets, user communications, support history, and attachments if enabled.

Production customers should be given notice before material subprocessor changes where required by law or contract.
